What We Offered
Our collaboration began with a comprehensive factory analysis, where we assessed production layouts, manufacturing workflows, and existing quality control processes. Dezippy then introduced a structured standardization system that included Operation Process Charts (OPC), Bill of Materials (BOM), and detailed engineering guidelines for each product category. We also trained Gouna's technical teams, ensuring the production staff could consistently meet the newly defined standards.The outcome was a significant transformation in Gouna’s production capabilities.
